Danelle Berg facilitates the newly-formed Young Marrieds/Couples Sunday school class and serves as the Church Board Secretary.  During her 17 years at La Junta First Church she has taught Sunday school classes from pre-school to Saints and served as Sunday School Superintendent for two years. She served for several years on the board of Stewards.

Danelle spent two years as the NMI president where she became passionate about Work and Witness. This led to her first Work and Witness trip in 2009 to Esteli', Nicaragua. She and her husband, Marvin, were so taken by the Nicaraguan people and the need for more church buildings that they are returning in July 2010 and taking along their three boys.

She is a wife, mother of three boys and an enthusiastic supporter of high school activities. Danelle works outside the home as a contact center manager for FulCircle, Inc. In her spare time she enjoys gardening, ceramics, needle crafts and reading.
