Main Event (the biggest event of the year for many of our teens) is right around the corner! Main Event is a gathering of youth groups (6th-12th grades) from all over Colorado who compete and participate in a variety of sports, arts, and performances. Whatever your teen is interested in, this is an opportunity for them to demonstrate their interest and talent to the glory of God.

Sports categories include: Boys & Girls Basketball (Jr. & Sr. High Divisions), Girls Volleyball (Jr. & Sr. High Divisions), Co-Ed Volleyball, Co-Ed Indoor Soccer, Co-Ed Dodgeball, Disc Golf, & 5K Run.

Performance categories include: Vocal Music (solo, small group, ensemble, choir, praise band), Instrumental (solo, ensemble, keyboard solo, songwriter), Creative Communication (drama, mime, oral interpretation, preaching, human video, dance, sign language) & Speach and Writing (speech, prose, poetry).

Art categories include: Drawing, Painting, Photography, Sculpture & Pottery, Digital Media, Science Project, & Duct Tape.

If your teen would like to attend, or if you are an adult and would like to chaperone, please let our Youth Director, Jake Martinez know.

Saturday's lunch is included in the registration fee, but we will need to figure out eating accommodations for other meals.

On Fri. Mar. 15, we will meet at La Junta Nazarene, 1111 W. 10th St. La Junta, CO 81050 at 1pm and will drive up to UNC in Greeley to register and attend the evening kick-off and opening events. We will then return on Sun. Mar. 17.
